DUE TO ONGOING CONCERNS WITH COVID-19 AND THE DELTA VARIANT:

Thank you for choosing to have your four-legged friend groomed with Wags on Willow!

 

Your pet will be in our care for approximately 2-3 hours.

We will call you when it is time for pick up! Wags on Willow is not a boarding facility and unfortunately we do not have the facilities to keep your pets throughout the day.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, all pets should be picked up within 1-2 hours after appointment completion. A day care charge of $10 per every 30 minutes after 2 hours will be applied to late pick ups.

 

All appointments must arrive for their scheduled times.

It is strongly advised you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure enough time is available to consult with staff about coat condition and grooming options.  Any appointments arriving 15 minutes or more after scheduled time are subject to a $10 late fee, or cancellation on groomer’s discretion.

 

Wags on Willow closes at 4 pm Mon-Sat.

Any pets picked up more than 15 minutes after closing will be subject to an additional $1/min late pick up fee.

If we have recieved no confirmation of an attempt to pick up by 4:30 pm, your pet will be provided with a bed and adequate water to be boarded overnight for pick up the following morning. A $75 boarding fee will apply in addition to grooming cost.

 

A minimum of 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment is required to make any alterations to appointment time.

Repeated cancellation within this time frame will require a 50% deposit on cost of grooming for future appointments.

 

Any prices given over the phone or at check-in are estimates. 

We try our best to give accurate estimates, but additional charges may be incurred for coat condition, matting, and handling fees.
